30+ years in commercial and residential construction. Experience includes multi-unit residential ground-up construction, large-scale renovations, affordable housing, market-rate housing, and prior leadership roles with MDG Construction, Turner Construction, Triton Construction, and L+M Builders.

Supports underwriting, financing, contract negotiation, design management, construction coordination, and client relations.

Darren supports daily field operations by coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, monitoring quality control, and ensuring jobsites operate safely and efficiently. This role works closely with the project team to help deliver high-quality homes while maintaining strong communication between the field, office, and homeowners.

Mike provides operational and administrative support across all phases of residential construction projects. Responsibilities include contract drafting and document coordination, project management software oversight, and maintaining organized project records to help ensure efficient workflow and successful project execution.
